As a customer-facing technical new hire, you're likely eager to dive into learning all about our product, TiDB. To support your journey, we’ve compiled a series of training courses, labs, and certification exams specifically designed for technical new hires.
To get started, please refer to Sheet 2 – Objectives to find the learning objectives aligned with your job responsibilities. Next, check Sheet 3 – Training Courses and Labs Corresponding to Objectives to access the relevant training and certification resources.
During the learning process, you will use two platforms: the employee-facing Training and Certification Platform (employees.edu.pingcap.com) and the Lab Control Platform (lab.pingcap.net). Both platforms support single sign-on using your pingcap.com Google account.
